Superintendents are the cornerstone of success on every jobsite. This in-depth certification program is designed to help superintendents lead with confidence, communicate with clarity, and control project outcomes with precision. Whether you’re already running jobs or preparing for the next level, this course delivers real-world tools and strategies to sharpen your skills—and your impact. Each session is 2 full days (16 hours). Participants can hone their skills by attending one session or complete all six sessions to receive the Certification in Superintendent Training from AGC of America.  


PRODUCTIVITY AND MANAGING PROJECT COSTS, January 15 & 16

This course covers understanding how project estimates are compiled, how to compare actual project costs with those  estimated, and how to control costs to meet the estimate. This course also details how productivity is measured, how  the supervisor plays a major role in increasing job site productivity, and how a small increase in productivity can have a  significant impact on the time and cost of a project.

$400 per session for AGC members

$600 per session for non-AGC members

Books must be purchased from AGC of America for each session.  Hard copy books (recommended) are $110 and digital books are $50.  A link to purchase will be sent to registered students.
