How do we power up our pipeline with dynamic construction candidates? Tony Donen, the Executive Principal for Hamilton County School Workforce Development and College programs, is changing the way students are learning. He threw away book on how 'it's always been done' and created employee-led learning at the Construction Career Center that has tripled enrollment, and is getting graduating students in jobs in all industries. As the the former founder and Principal of the STEM School at Chattanooga and a national and state award winner in vocational program development, Tony is a student of student learning. He will share the wins of this new curriculum and what's coming next to the Construction Career Center and other construction programs across Hamilton County.
