Women of Steel: College Student Reception

The Women of Steel, our networking and professional development group for women in construction, will host a student reception for college females at UTC/Chatt State in the construction and engineering pathways.  Our event emcee, Crystal Gordon, Assistant Professor of Civil and Construction at Chattanooga State, will guide a discussion between students and professionals on challenges and tips for entering the industry.This event aims to inspire and empower women in the industry through leadership, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities.
