Description
This 13- session course was designed by contractor executives to expose leaders in construction to the many facets of construction business management. From personal leadership development to the daily intricacies of running a construction company, the intent of this course is to strengthen your skills specific to construction management and leadership.
The 13 sessions are on various Fridays from March 1 - July 26, usually from 8:30 am - 10:30 am in Chattanooga, TN at either the AGC East Tennessee Member Hub (1601 Gulf Street) or the Construction Career Center (2225 Roanoke).
